LOS ANGELES–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Today, a historic agreement was signed between the Libyan government and affiliates of Colony Capital, LLC in which Colonyoil Co. LLC has agreed to acquire Tamoil and Oilinvest, one of Europe’s largest international oil refining and distribution companies.
